Ultra-rare Utilimaster UMC Aeromate walk-in van in better than average condition with low miles. This van started it's life as a tool selling truck. There is pegboard with little elastics all over the interior plus some shelves on one side. The van is a one-seater, low-miles, front-drive, 94 Dodge Caravan 3.3 V6 drive train with a real frame and Utilimaster body. I will try my very best to describe the condition here. Engine and trans work perfect. Oil leak from front valve cover. Very little rust underneath. Shockingly rust-free for New England, really. Battery good. Radio works. Muffler is old looking, tailpipe missing. Gauges including speedometer, odometer, fuel, temp, volts all working. Tires and brakes excellent, drives straight, no shake on freeway. Heater working good, A/C inoperable but all parts there. Wipers, washer and external lights working. Fiberglass hood small crack right headlight area. Single seat comfortable. Working seat belt. Paint and body overall good. No significant dents. Very clean inside with all doors and hardware working. Mirrors all good. Small chip in left windshield, out of view. There are no other assignments on the title. Rear doors have security clam shell lock. Three caravan aluminum wheels, one steel wheel, one spare steel wheel. Overhead clearance 8 foot 6 inches Inside height 6 foot 6 inches Windows both operate. The floor is aluminum with plywood over it in the rear. Tilt wheel with no air bag. Rear brakes lines are not rusty. LT215/75R15 tires. Front disc—rear drum brakes, ala Voyager/Caravan. Front brakes and rotors are new. Transaxle is dry as a bone (no leaks). There are no chump fees, conveyance fees, doc fees, etc...
