I have a 1965 Oldsmobile 98 4 door sedan it now has 71000 miles on it. I found this gem in 1999 when it was in all original paint and only had 58000 miles Over the years I have done a lot of work on it. I have enjoyed it for 15 years and put an average of 900 miles a year on it going to car shows and the drive in movies. I have replaced center link, idler arm, steering box for a quicker turning ratio, fuel pump, carburetor kit, water pump, ac compressor, brake cylinders, shoes, distributer wires, cap, rotor, points, condenser, and plugs. Seven years ago I did a restoration on the body in the original red and put on new vinyl top and front windshield.This body was in real nice shape I repaired one rust out on the RH side rear quarter above the wheel house smaller than a dime and repaired the bottoms of each front fenders I pulled the old vinyl top and repaired any rust in the window frames, that was all the rust repair it needed. the floors are in great shape, I did not have to repair any of it. The 98 has power windows, seats, steering and brakes. Air conditioning. Has the 425 cubic inch engine with the 4 barrel carburetor.
