1954 Chevy 3/4 ton pickup. Good running 235 6 cyl. 3 speed on the column. New 6 volt battery, water pump, fuel pump, belts and hoses. New rear brakes, seals and lines. Master cylinder rebuilt. Good gas tank. Fresh oil change. Small hesitation in carb. Could use accelerator pump. Easy fix. Heater works great!! But control valve has a small leak until it gets up to temp. Original temp gauge needs replaced but has after market one. Charging system works. Has headlights but needs tail lights etc....hooked up. Wires are there. Has 15" tires that are OK to drive locally. Shifts good. I left the original door lettering on so I could repaint it for that cool rat rod look. This truck spent it's life in Des Moines as a plumbing/electrical work truck. Body is decent but still needs dents repaired and maybe some rust. Comes with an extra pair of doors and a hood. Has a good exhaust with tail pipe. Needs a windshield. I also have a new gasket for that. Dome light works. Floors has rust but it's had a quick rat rod type repair job. Yes this truck runs good and stops good but you will need to trailer it home so you can do the repairs you choose. If it doesn't sell I'll keep it and finish it up next spring. I reserve the right to end auction early if need be. It will need to be paid for in full within 7 days. I can store for a while if need be but must be paid for in full.
