Rare Honda CB1100RB "at a ridiculously low price" very rare in the Americas one of only a handful, and all are imports as they were never officially imported to the US the RB was produced as a homologation special for in the lowest numbers of all the CB1100r's at 1050 in total worldwide this bike was imported from France as part of my personal collection currently supplied with import papers a bill of sale and original French documentation, I can provide a new clear registration if required at buyers cost there are 64748kms on the bike but it has been relatively well looked after, there are some issues as described below the fairing has been modified and as such is incorrect the paintwork is good but also incorrect (this was done by a Honda dealership in France!) the downpipes/headers are original but the silencers are not present there are missing fins on the barrels and some screwdriver damage the cylinders and cases (some people!!!!) but these can be repaired there is a new battery installed and new rear tire in all I would consider this to be a restoration bike but it is complete, and a good starting point or it you could be run without the fairing as an Australian spec RB or if you are feeling really brave see the sanctuary cb1100r it runs well but will need a full service compression numbers 125-130psi per cylinder the bike has only been run briefly 5 mins in the last five years and my compression tester is not great so these numbers are for reference only but all cylinders achieving the same compression levels there is a good owners club cb1100r.com with a complete restoration this bike will continue to rise in value and recent examples have sold for in excess of $20,000 I am selling as I do not have funds available for the restoration or in fact the time!! and I need a new roof for my workshop please expect to fully restore the bike, there are no warranties with the bike and she is sold as seen only please sort out shipping before bidding, I have now had 3 buyers who have agreed a deal and only then looked into shipping and or asked me to arrange this for them, or to transport the bike across borders or load onto shippers vehicle and then follow on a 5 hour round trip journey to collect payment none of which I am able or prepared to do I can help with packaging at buyers cost and can deliver within Canada at buyers cost (van rental and gas) but I have no trailer and my passport needs renewing so unable to cross borders please read the listing regards shipping its not optional or negotiable!the bike needs to go and so price reduced again bike can be seen and heard running here on you tube watch?v=j6rwKyZO9s4 owners manual included but has some water damage and some pages are stuck together (need that roof!!!)
