Welcome to a great opportunity. Have you ever heard of that 1-owner, very low mileage, Florida-kept luxury automobile that was owned and driven by a little old lady, probably only to and from Church on Sunday? Well, we're not sure about the religious nature of her trips, but this is that car! Simply put, this 2004 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series runs and drives like new. It was purchased at Lincoln Mercury of Fort Myers, FL (a suburb of Sarasota. FL...often referred to as the Boca Raton of the Gulf Coast) and was serviced by the professionals at the Lincoln dealership. No squeaks, rattles, noises, or smells, just an ultra-luxurious and ultra-smooth, effortless ride that only a Lincoln can provide. There is a reason that Lincoln is widely considered by many automotive experts as the best riding luxury brand of any of the premium automobile makers in the world. And with only 44,000 original, sunny South Florida miles, this Signature Series Town Car is just getting broken in. It is not uncommon to see this extremely durable engine and transmission combination reach 200,000 miles + of trouble-free performance, and for that reason that is why many executive coach companies use them for Limousines and Executive sedans. It has recently had its 50,000 mile service performed (well in advance) and has a fresh Synthetic oil change, filter, new air filter and wipers, and interior cabin filters, as well as cooling system service and flush. The air conditioning is ice cold, and for those of you in non-tropical climates, the heater works great. The rich, elegant leather and wood trimmed interior is in outstanding condition, and it certainly shows! It looks nearly like new. Grandma didn't have any dogs or pets in the car, and she certainly didn't smoke cigarettes. The Dark Cherry accents really showcase the ultra-luxurious Ivory leather very nicely, and the rear seats do not even appear to have ever been used. It is clean and fresh. Neither the ashtray, nor the cigarette lighter have ever been used. This one-owner Lincoln was owned by a senior, and Anne did her best to have it regularly serviced and detailed. We are selling this low mileage Lincoln in exactly the condition that we took it in. All we had our detailer do is clean it. It runs and drives phenomenal, and the interior is extra-clean. The Bordeaux exterior presents a wonderful and beautiful finish and the dealership dressed it nicely for Anne with chrome A & B pillars, as well as accenting bodyside molding, and full length chrome lower moldings. Since it is a Signature Series car, and most likely the one that was sitting front and center at the Lincoln dealership when new in 2004, they accented it nicely for Anne, probably to the tune of $400-$500 additional dollars. Being a Florida vehicle has HUGE benefits--(i.e. no harsh weather, no harsh roads, no hills or potholes and certainly no snow or salt), sometimes the summer sun can fade paint. Not so here -- The mirror finish is incredible! It appears that this beauty was always garaged. And when Anne had it out on the Town, the Solar Ray glass really kept the interior nice and cool, and certainly free from any of the sun's damaging rays. On this Lincoln you can literally eat off of the undercarriage, as well as the engine compartment. Both are as close to new as you can find. You will not see that on a northern, or Midwest vehicle. And then once the corrosion sets in on a vehicle from other parts of the country, things will begin to rust. Things that you can see, and unfortunately, things that you cannot see. Not the case here. This car is as clean as a whistle! So the finish is brilliant and the color is outstanding. Lincoln calls it Autumn Red Clearcoat Metallic. It is a three-stage paint from the factory and was a $995 option from the dealer. Not your typical plain-Jane, boring White, Silver or Beige color. It looks great, and during the day, the sunlight really makes this elegant color dance. Of course, no dents, dings or unsightly parking lot mishaps. None of that, Grandma wouldn't stand for it. The Signature-styled factory 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels have a complete set of premium Michelin LX4 All-season performance touring radials all the way around. They are nearly new (in fact, the front look Brand New!!) and of course, they safely grip the road...in any driving condition. Wet, Dry...and even Snow! Michelin's are well-regarded as the best tires you can buy, so that should begin to tell you a little more about Anne, and her meticulous upkeep of her wonderful Lincoln. The rims look like new as well, with no curb rash or chips that you sometimes see. There was no skimping of the service on this Lincoln at all by the previous gal! This Signature Series Town Car is fully loaded. It has complete power options as well as dual power front seats, factory power, express touch windows, Premium Audio System with 6-disc CD changer and 8 surround sound speakers, factory security system, solar ray factory tinted glass, independent electronic climate control and so much more. Everything works perfectly and properly, just as you would expect from a low mileage, well-maintained automobile. It also has Rear Parking Distance Control, a great feature when parking. This car is a creampuff! The latest October 2014 NADA Used Car Guide shows the retail value of this 2004 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series to be over $12,182 and certainly much more at your friendly neighborhood Lincoln dealership or local high-image Import Auto Boutique.
