1954 Plymouth Savoy Sedan(This Little Jewel Just Turned 60 Years Old)If you have some interesting vehicle for sale, I'm interested in trading! What we have here is a very original 1954 Plymouth Savoy Sedan. This car was part of an estate liquidation and was sold to a collector prior to us purchasing the car. Apparently, this car was purchased by the deceased, in 1993 in Virginia. He had the powder blue paint refinished and replaced the wheel covers and tires prior to his death. We obtained the car by accident...literally...our transport company scratched the car in shipment and we purchased the vehicle to satisfy our customer. We had the scratch professionally repaired and have a perfect color match. We even entered the car in the Mighty Mississippi Mopar Show and the car placed third, behind two frame up restored cars. This is a very solid and complete car that will increase in value and give you years of enjoyment. Defects: The headliner needs to be secured a little tighter. The valves need to be adjusted as there is a slight miss in the engine at lower RPM's. The brakes need adjusted to eliminate a brake pull when first hitting the brake pedal. The radio doesn't work. This isn't a perfect show car, but it is a real attention getter and a lot of fun. My grandmother had a 1953 Plymouth and this brings back a lot of fond memories. We will accept a trade or trade this in on something interesting (vehicle). I have the reserve set at seventy seven hundred dollars which considering the age and condition, is an extremely fair price.
