1983 Toyota 4x4 Shortbed Pickup 89K Original miles Hi, I'm selling my 1983 Toyota 4x4 Shortbed pickup trick, with the 22R 4-cylinder engine and 5 speed manual transmission. I believe it is the SR5 or DLX model because it has power steering, factory Toyota AM/FM Casette Radio, Auxiliary Gauges, and side window defrost vents. As you can see from the pictures, this truck is in excellent condition for its age, and has 89K original miles. The truck also has Brand new wheels and Tires with less than 50 miles on them from Les Schwab at a cost close to $1800. I recently put new front brake calipers and pads on the front of the truck and bled the whole brake system. The truck was owned the majority of its life by one person, who passed away and I purchased the truck from his son. The previous owner was going to replace some of the factory decals on the truck, pulled about 1/3 off and never finished, which is why some of the graphics are missing. The truck has original paint and its also in nice shape as you can see from the pictures. There are no rust issues with the truck and it has spent its whole life in the Pacific NW since new. I have taken pictures of the major cosmetic blemishes on the truck, its 30 years old and not perfect but pretty darn nice! Mechanically the truck is strong, it starts easily and drives straight, and definetly gets lots of thumbs up! I would love to find this truck a new home that will enjoy it as much as I have, money will be going towards building a new pole barn at the farm! Feel free to email me with any questions.
