VIEW VIDEO                                   2001 ford f250 x-cab 4x4 7.3 diesel                                   offering this ford f250 that has been traded in to local auto park on the purchase of as new vehicle so this is not my personal truck,i can only tell you what i found from a breif inspection of it,i drove the truck and found it to drive well engine runs great as do all the 7.3 diesels do,transmission shifted out fine no issues,engaged 4x4 no issues a/c blows cold,power windows work,however the door lock accuators are weak so work once in a while,tires are decent,brakes felt fine stoping no issue,new spare underneath,as you can see the bed side on drivers side damaged,bed side passenger side damaged also but not as bad,iam telling what i know about this truck,there is surface rust on the underside it should be power washed and undercoated, oil pan not rusted cab not rusted as with most of these trucks,iam guessing it was a farmers truck or dirt road driven but any case i dont try and hide it, if was my truck i would power wash and buy spray undercoat and be done with it.
