This is a good condition, reliable 1995 Jeep Cherokee Country 4wd vehicle. We have owned it for the past 5 years (about 20k miles), and has been very well maintained (engine oil, trans oil, etc). It runs excellent with very powerful 4.0 I6 engine. Transmission fluid is red, filter and fluid were changed. It has had numerous maintenance updates. The AC unit, alternator, Water Pump and belts were all changed while we owned it. The exhaust was replaced about 3 years ago with a mildly throaty Dynomax system (including new catalytic converter). There are no engine noises, no smoke, does not burn oil, and no transmission issues whatsoever. The mid 90s Cherokees were named one of the 10 longest living automobiles. It has factory tinted windows and overdirve automatic transmission. They are known to seep oil a bit in 4 places. Three have been replaced, those are the rear main seal, and oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, and oil filter housing. There is still light seepage at the distributor O-ring, not more than 1 quart per oil change. Not a critical issue, and more easily replaced than the other 3. The power steering hoses were replaced last year. When we got this vehicle about 5 years ago there were small rust holes in floor pans (common). All 4 floor pans were replaced and undercoated. Some metal replaced and undercoated at rear cargo area also. This Cherokee had no hitch and had never been used for towing 5 years ago. I added a hitch and light hookup, and a lightweight trailer was towed about 10 times, but never a heavy trailer. The headliner has 2 sagging points, but these are not bad to replace as the headliner panel comes out the back hatch door easily. The interior is good, not ripped up, but some mild staining (coffee etc), overall pretty good though. There is mild rust on rocker panels, but vehicle is solid. Tires were replaced about 10k miles ago, and in excellent shape. Front end and steering is straight. It is not in need of any immediate repairs. Only other issue is rear window wiper is not working. Have not investigated, not a priority yet. We are selling because we bought a truck to replace this SUV. It has not been "off-roaded" aside from very slowly driving on a muddy path a couple of times. Cruise, power windows, locks and mirrors all work. Visits/inspections welcome. Located south east of Dayton Ohio. NOTE - Most of pictures disappeared in listing. I added them back. I will try to add more. No major dents or dings. There is likely a door ding here or there, but nothing eye catching.
