For auction on eBay is a beautiful 1959 “Square Bird” Thunderbird that is extremely well done and totally show ready. This car has gone through A TOTAL REBUILD. It is a totally rust free vehicle. The car has 331 miles since its restoration (Car chassis had 96,652 actual miles prior to restoration). Everything on the car is stunning and beautiful. Everywhere you inspect you find care and detailed perfection. There were no missed steps by the craftsman that rebuilt this car. The PROFESSIONALLY painted black paint is perfect and glossy. There are no chips, dings or scratches. Quarter panels and rocker panels are new. Absolutely NO BONDO in the body work. The chrome is all present and bright. All the glass is perfect. Has RARER TRUNK MOUNTED RADIO ANTENNAE and MANUAL WINDOWS. Includes Power steering and power brakes. The interior is also beautiful, clean and wear-free. With NEW Carpet, dash, headliner, Black & White “Tuxedo” Naugahyde upholstery and door panels. Trunk includes NEW replacement liners, original jack and new spare tire. The tires, brakes, dual exhaust system and shock absorbers are ALL NEW. The floorboards are excellent with no corrosion or rust problems of any kind. Not only is the car nice to look at, it is also mechanically sound. The TOTALLY REBUILT (Rebuilt at 96,652 miles) 352 Cu In., 300 HP Ford engine runs flawlessly and starts easily. The engine is powerful and smooth and detailed with original valve covers, air filter and cooling system overflow. All electrical components work as they should, Including all gages. All underhood electrical wiring INCLUDING THE ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY is new. The FACTORY installed A/C system was completely rebuilt, as was the automatic transmission, rear end, cooling system and front end.
