This a 1966 Chevelle SS 138 vin with very rare factory ac. Car was originally a 396 with muncie four speed. I do not have the engine or transmission. If you are looking for a 66 SS to restore this is the car for you. The body is in great condition after having the trunk floor and partial floor pans installed. As you can see in the pictures it is almost impossible to tell any repairs were made. I have been restoring cars for over 45 years and take pride in my work. The front fenders,inner fenders,core support, SS hood,rocker moldings,front and rear moldings,wheelwell moldings,hood spear and grille are new. I decided to order a new deck lid and will be included in the price.( The deck lid in the pictures is original but has rust on the inside). The bumpers need to be rechromed or buy new ones. The body was placed on a rotisserie and the entire car was stripped to bare metal, the bottom was primed and then painted with chip guard. The frame was also stripped and painted with black urethane. The ball joints,a-arm bushings, body bushings,springs and shocks are all new. It has disk brakes on the front and drum on the rear. It has the original 12 bolt rear end with 3:55 gears. The brake pads need to be replaced. I have most of the ac parts but the dash control,condensor and compressor are not included. The front bucket seats have been restored but the rear seat needs to have the springs repaired or find another seat. I also have new carpet and front door panels only. I have the rear, passenger door,and quarter window glass. Needs windshield and driver door glass. The tires and wheels are not new and would recommend replacing them.
