1987 BMW E30 325ic convertible European model. 2.5L inline six with a 5 speed manual transmission. Exterior color is black with cardinal red leather interior. Yes, it's a real Euro model which was imported from Germany on Nov. 1986, verified VIN# to proof that it is a legitimate euro model. Also, it has the very rare genuine BMW optional removable hardtop with a new headliner ($600) installed. Currently, it has about 155k miles. It runs and drives good with a new transmission ($850) installed about 2 years ago due to the old trans popping out of third gear. A new oem clutch, flywheel, clutch slave cylinder, and transmission mount was installed ($700) at the same time when the transmission was being replaced. A new Bosch fuel pump was installed ($400). A remanufactured rack and pinion was installed ($800). All coolant hoses was replaced ($300). A new catback exhaust system was installed. ($550). The interior needs work, The glove box is missing and the leather seats will need a set of new covers. The dashboard is in very good condition, there's isn't any cracks or tears which are common on the older BMWs. The plastic latch release to open the convertible boot is broken (Located below the rear left window) . The manual convertible top works fine with no rips or tears. The rear passenger side marker light cover is missing. A/C system works great before but currently it needs to be recharged. Heat works great. All power locks, power windows works great. The windshield washer fluid bottle is currently disconnected and it will needs to re-install. The car will needs some body work, the exterior have some minor rusts that needs to be fixed. Spare tire well is rotted, it will needs to be patched. Hood needs to be painted as well as the doors. Mechanical the cars runs and drives good. Engine runs strong and idle fine. The clutch and trans shift smooth with no issues. BRAKES NEEDS WORK! THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER/BRAKE LINE (I'm not sure which one?) HAS A LEAK AND THE BRAKE PEDAL SINKS TO THE FLOOR WHEN DEPRESSING. Car runs and drives but due to the brake problem, it needs to be towed. My asking price is very fair so therefore I'm not accepting any offers other than the asking price. This is a no haggle sale.
