This is a very solid, 2wd, 4-speed manual Toyota pickup with the bullet-proof 22R engine in very nice condition. It was towed behind a motorhome for much of its life so it has less than the odometer reading of 122k original miles (maybe far less, depending on how much it was actually towed). It still has its towing brackets and accessory plug-in beneath the front bumper, and would make a great tow-behind vehicle. The engine runs strong, the transmission and clutch are solid, and the truck is in overall great mechanical condition! There are NEW TIRES on all 4 wheels, the steering and suspension are tight. There are completely NEW BRAKES all the way around, including rotors, drums, hardware, springs, dust caps, pads, and shoes. The wheels do have some rusty areas, but as you can see by the photos, they do shine up nicely. The air conditioning blows cold and works great. The person I bought this truck from had just gone through mechanically to make sure everything was in tip-top shape. The tensioners on the timing chain have just been replaced, and there is a new battery, radiator, starter, alternator, fuel pump, as well as belts and hoses. There are even new headlights and new rear license plate lights. At some point, an alarm system was installed. It looks like all of the components are intact, but I'm not sure how to use it. As you can see in the photos, except for a few small cracks in the dash, the interior is in beautiful condition. The original seat is also solid and firm—a good indicator of the low actual mileage. Even the engine compartment is really clean. It even comes with its original tool kit with its original pouch in very nice condition. This truck is originally from Modesto, California and the body is RUST-FREE! In fact, the frame still has most of its original paint! There are a few small dents (such as the front right fender and rear bed corner), and some scratches and touched-up areas in the paint. The bed also has some scratches in the paint, and a dent in the front behind the cab, but is very straight for a pickup this age. You don’t often find these trucks in this kind of mechanical condition, and I really hate to sell it. These are economical, run-forever dependable trucks, but I have some bills that need to be paid so I have to let it go. It does have a clear title, and I will need a $100 deposit received through PayPal within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
