1960 Chevrolet Kingswood station wagon Up for sale is my 1960 Chevrolet Kingswood station wagon. Texas car with original faded, sunbaked paint. You cant paint or replicate patina like this! This is a cool looking rod just the way it sits! The car has a strong running 327 w/ double pump heads. The generator has been replaced with a more efficient alternator and the car has also been converted to HEI. All the doors work, lock and unlock as they should. All glass is good. Windows all roll up/down. Rear power window also works fine from the drivers seat. The factory 3 speed on the column has been swapped out for a fun to drive 3 speed Hurst manual shifter on the floor. Front bench seat is worn under the drivers butt, the 2nd and 3rd row seats are nice. Car needs headliner. Car also needs light repair at bottom of both 1/4's. The tailgate is mostly good except for spot on drivers side (see pic) hinges work good and it opens and closes as it should. Floor boards have been patched over because of small holes and are now solid. Trunk is solid and it still has original trunk mat in well. Front and rear bumpers are nice and shine well. Rear bumper has accessory chrome steps. Car also has the cool add on rear chrome spoiler vents at the back of the car. I recently added 18" front and 20" rear wheels that look great. The car rides great with the air ride suspension. Raise it up to drive and drop it down at the local cruise in. Car is for sale locally so i may end auction at any time.
