Mazda rx7 oil cooler with remote mounted Moroso Oil filter. 3:55 rear end with 4 spider Posi traction unit. Floating axles with dedicated three link rear suspension, Heim joints at ever pivot in the rear end. 12.19 rear brake rotors with 4 piston calipers. 17X10 front and 17 x 13 Kodiak motorsports wheels (16lbs each) with Hoosier 335 35 17 rear tires (these items alone cost over $3000.00). All brake hoses are DOT stainless steel hoses. Body was originally solid with very little rust. Has carbon fiber hood and deck lid, Full stock glass. Heater delete, Radio delete, Bumper delete, / trim delete. Car weighs 2312lbs full of fuel and has a 42% front weight and 58 % rear weight. I have done lots of work getting the corner weights right in this car and it is currently well sorted and set up. PO dyno results... 142 hp at the rear wheels with 210 ft-lb's of torque. This was with an extremely rich mixture. Since then mixture changes and fixed throttle linkage which no allows the carb to open fully. These changes made a huge seat of the pants feeling difference but it hasn't been dyno tested since. David raced this car in SCCA solo 2 events for several years in Street Mod 2 class. In my region The car usually comes in the top 5 times of day in a 100 car field and has several FTD wins. What does this car need? A set of new rubber to be extremely competitive. The current tires as they have lots of rubber left but are just older tires. Drain and refill of the fuel cell. Any stickers and lettering shown in pictures has been removed.
