For Sale: This is a rare classic 1964 Ford F-100 four wheel drive (4X4) pick up truck. My uncle bought this truck over 25 years ago out in Colorado and brought it with him when he moved back to PA. He restored it and maintained it for a while and it was last inspected in 1996. It has been in inside storage ever since. He installed a 351 Cleveland engine with a 4 barrel carb and electronic ignition. It seems to run very well. It doesn't smoke and runs strong. I don't have a record of all of the changes and modifications that were made from the original truck - although it appears to be mostly original except for the engine. It has a 4 speed manual transmission, manual steering and manual brakes, all in working order. The four wheel drive does work. One of the hubs seems to be frozen, but I did drive it in four wheel drive. Odometer registers 67,000+. The title shows mileage exempt. The doors open and close solidly. The manual windows work and are still well-sealed. It has dual exhaust. The body is in pretty good condition. There are some minor spots of rust, but no holes. There is some surface rust and bubbles, again nothing too major. some rust. Grill There's on obvious rust spot inside the passenger door. If you need more pictures, just ask. I can send. It comes with the fiberglass cap this is shown in one of the pictures. The cap IS included in the auction. The bed is 8 feet long. A mechanic looked at it and advised me that it needs a wheel bearing on the left front side. The wheels have some surface rust. The tires would pass PA inspection, but have various weather checks. This would be a great restoration project. Again, this truck has been sitting for almost 20 years. Could use some TLC, but seems to be very solid.
