It was used by the City of Ashland. You are buying this vehicle AS IS, No Warranty No Guarantee Currently, when jumped off with another battery, the engine starts up and runs/idles just fine. It DOES NOT shift into reverse and drive normally. They are not sure if it is a Module to the transmission or the transmission. When placed into reverse or drive, it just does nothing at all, so it may be the electronic module possibly. So this will have to be towed initially. GENERAL STATEMENT: This vehicle may have some dings/dents/scratches and normal wear & tear. We also noticed some rust spots throughout and we have tried to picture all that we could see. One good ding on Passenger Front door, more indented like the size of a dime. A good going over and general maintenance would be recommended before using on a permanent basis. However, this vehicle has been maintained by the City while it was used until the transmission went out. In our opinion, you should have a descent vehicle once the transmission is fixed and general maintenance is done. Once this was jumped off, it did run fine under its own power.
