1963 Chrysler New Yorker Wagon Please take a moment to view the slideshow!!! Fast440 is pleased to offer this hardly seen 1963 Chrysler New Yorker Station Wagon. Very rare and unique indeed. Prior to being parked for indoor storage in 2005, the vehicle was driven on a fairly regular basis. Work performed during this time frame included a complete brake job including brake lines, suspension work and many more repairs and service. We recently drained the old gas out of it, and now the vehicle runs and drives great ! Tires show no dry rot, and not much more is needed to bring the car back on the road. The Air-Conditioning Compressor turns freely, and will kick on and off upon demand, so likely all that is needed is charge to work. Factory Options include......361 C.I.D. Patch it and go ! Rocker Panels and underneath all doors are solid. Just a cool old car at this price with lots of potential. It reads : 2205697, indicating this is a 413 C.I.D. The Stamp Pad shows nothing which indicates the Block has been decked (REBUILT MOTOR !!). Sorry for the confusion, and by the way while I was underneath the car, I observed recent looking Brass Freeze Plugs which inidcates to me that again the motor has been rebuilt at some point in the car's life. Also, a great deal of the undercarriage ugliness is due to the ancient undercoat that is flaking off, and making the pictures look much worse than it is.
