1985 Volkswagen VW VANAGON Vintage Georgia van RUST FREE drive home! needs minor TLC WOW! Great piece here, I have walked by this beauty everyday for the past 2 years when I first started working where I am employeed and it was put available for sale. I bought it but have no room, It's an 85' VANAGON! These are pretty tough to find, especially in this condition. Brought to WI so it could be driven to the store when an OTR truck driver was here, originally from GA this baby has an amazing clean body and undercarriage!NOT SURE ON MILEAGE, odometer says 110,000 but history says there there was 178,000 at one time, was used sparingly over the last 2 years to run to the gas station or a restaurant. odo stopped working last year. There is an exhaust leak, there has been some foil wrapped around it, the windshield is cracked, dash has heat cracks, plastic door handles are brittle and heat damaged, missing heater control for dash.... radio is out of a toyota, bumper corner has a crack in it, sliding 3rd door interior panels corner is bent back, roof has sun spotting to paint, NO AC, compressor is bad, rear door interior panel is heat shrunk, DENT TO DRIVERS SIDE ON THE REAR, missing VW badge on grille, aftermarket hubcap missing, could use new battery. THESE ARE ALL THE THINGS I KNOW TO BE WRONG.... The van was charged and started right up, runs drives, everything seems to work fine, it needs a bunch of little stuff.... Nothing major the body and interior are in great shape and should clean up fine. Buyer to pick up within 2 weeks of sale. located in Kenosha WI. Great piece. 500 dollar deposit required withing 24 hours, and the balance upon pickup. This is a great little van in great shape for the age...
