All Original Henry Steel on a nice and straight frame. This car is titled in California, and has new plates from Dmv, so it's easy to transfer into your name in any state or country. Parts have been collected for years to build a 34 Phaeton, but I'm going to have to let it go to concentrate on the Bonneville quests for now. So my loss is your gain ! The body and doors are all original steel, the only later parts on the entire car are the seat back and the center pillars, they are from Wescott, but are super solid, and it's hard to tell they aren't stock. The body is real straight and comes with all the hard to find "Phaeton only" brackets, all original Ford, ie. Rear panel braces, Windshield stantions and brackets, and top bow irons. The rear panel is real cherry, the rear doors are super cherry and still have the original upholstery on them. Front doors have great tops and most of the wood, but have lower patches, and will need lower wood, brackets and latches. All those parts are available. The cowl is nice, same as roadster, but someone must have removed the windshield stantions with an axe, so the hole will need a patch, the lower cowl has already been patched perfectly. The dash is perfect, the hood and grill are nice. The grill is missing one bar, but could be easily fixed. The chassis has a 34 rear end with juice brakes, the front has no backing plates. Stock wire wheels, headlights, Fenders and running boards, are in Ok shape, the rear fenders are the worst. Bumpers are straight and would re-plate nicely. The floor and subrails are perfect, only a little surface rust, frame is only surface rust as well. Comes with brand new wood for front cowl. You will have to buy wood for rear section and lower front doors. The car looks like it might have been a right hand drive car. Everything is there for a great start to an easy to finish project ! Comes with original gas tank and original radiator. No steering or pedals. The engine and transmission in the picture comes with the car, as cores only.
