This is my Plum CraZy Purple 1974 Dodge Challenger! My Challenger has a 340 4 bbl V8 with a pistol grip 4 speed manual transmission and an 8 3/4 Posi rear end. This is a very fun car! It has lot of personality and get lots of attention wherever it goes! I will do my best to describe the car. If you have ANY questions please call or email me. The paints shines and is very smooth. I would call it a very nice driver quality paint job. I wouldn't call it a show quality paint job because it has a few blemishes. The car is painted nicely in the jams and under the hood. The vinyl top is new and looks great! The fiberglass T/A hood was painted with organisational black paint, which was the paint that was used on the real T/A Challenger hoods. Please check out the pictures! The 340 engine is from a 1973 Duster. The engine runs great! Very smooth! No smoking or knocking! The engine has a NEW 650cfm 4 bbl Edelbrock carburetor, NEW distributor, Accel NEW distributor cap and rotor, NEW polished Mopar Performance valve covers, NEW ignition box, NEW PURPLE 10mm high temp spark plug wires, Stainless Hooker Headers, and Fiberglass replica T/A style air cleaner. The car has a 26 inch radiator and stays very cool! The 4 speed manual transmission works as it should. It goes up and down through the gears nicely. Yes reverse works! The clutch feels tight and does not slip! The car has 15' rally rims with Hoosier tires. The tires have about 50% tread left.The car has manual disk brakes and stops very well. The car has rebuilt control arms with polyurethane bushings. The interior looks very nice. The top of the dash looks great! It does NOT have a cheap dash cap! The seats, carpet, and headliner all look very nice. The car has rally gauges and a Hurst Pistol grip shifter!
