I am a longtime seller on EBay with excellent feedback and a reputation for top customer service. I deal mainly in Vintage Jewelry and other antiques. I am deviating by selling my old SAAB (my mid life crisis car as my wife refers to it). I find myself in the position of having too many cars in my driveway and my wife says to clear one out. The SAAB has been idle for a year and half and I'm finally admitting that I'll never work on it. I could not get an inspection as it was blowing smoke. The mechanics disagreed on the problem with one saying that the engine was bad and the other thinking it was the turbo. I did not have the appetite for a guessing game and it's been idle since. My guess is that it's a problem with the engine. Therefore I'm offering "AS-IS". Could be a project to repair of just use for parts. I've tried to include many pictures so you can get a good idea of condition. I have the Owners Manual. Here is the "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" THE GOOD: Body is in good condition with just a few dings and spots of rust/rot. Overall good. Tires are in good shape and nice looking. Nice CD changer. Leather seats. Floor mats in trunk. THE BAD: Can't get it started. It ran 1 1/2 years ago with the engine issue I described about. Now battery is completely dead. Probably needs new battery or deep charge. I could not jump it. Front leather seats have quite a bit of wear. THE UGLY: I do feel it may need major engine repair or replacement. Also the convertible top works fine but the roof material needs replacing as it's porous when it rains. I honestly don't recall mileage and can't see them without battery.
