This is what I estimate as a 1989 MITSUBISHI (based on 10" wheels showing 1-8-89). Originally used by the Navy in San Diego,Ca. 2 wheel drive w/6' DUMP BED. 70" wheelbase. Dump ram & switch is intact, but did not try to operate. It is missing parts: front seat bottoms, battery, key switch, misc int.door panels,radio, mirror,& signal switch. Steering wheel is not correct. When the Military disposes of surplus, random items are removed so equipment cannot be easily operated. Has a 660cc 3 cyl.4 stroke water cooled engine w/3 speed trans.that appears complete/ intact. I have not attempted to start/run it. Speedo shows 19518 km. Suspension, brake, cooling systems are intact, and working, Pretty clean underneath. ALL tires way worn. Has minor dings & dents. Original paint. Roof is a rare high top style (w/nice grey sewn headliner) so big people have headroom. Tailgate corner has a funky weld to hold it to left bedside. Appears to have been maintained. All glass good shape. These bring $3-4k when fixed up with bigger wheels, lift kit, paint, etc.. GREAT PROJECT-FIXER-OFF ROAD TOY Not for hi-way use.
