2006 AUDI A6 3.2L - 79k miles - White Ext - Tan Int - Excellent Condition 2006 AUDI A6 3.2L - 79k miles - White Ext - Tan Int - Excellent Condition This car is in EXCELLENT condition for the year and mileage. In fact there really isn't anything at all "wrong" with it to speak of. In the 3 years we have owned this car all I have had to do is get oil changes. PROS: Runs Excellent – There isn't anything mechanically wrong with this car. It runs great and should provide years of dependable service. This car is fast and runs great Gas Mileage – This car gets over 30 MPG! I can make it all the way from Cleveland, OH to Nashville, TN on a single tank of gas! Looks Great – I wouldn't say the body is excellent, but I would say it is in great condition for the year and mileage. Take a look at the pics and decide for yourself Brand New Brakes Brand New Battery Brand New Spark Plugs Brand New Belt Just had all service and maintenance performed CONS: Cigarette lighter in console does not work. I had it checked out and it is not a fuse and the dealer couldn't figure it out. The other cigarette lighter sockets (another in the console and one in the back seat on the center console) work fine. Some buttons have a little paint worn off on them. If you look closely at the interior pics you may be able to see what I am talking about. Interior is in good condition but shows normal wear and tear in a number of areas (see pics). The original carpet mats are pretty dirty. They are still very usable and I am including several all weather mats as well. Probably needs new tires. I would probably run these tires until the end of winter if I was not selling. I think there are 3-5/10ths remaining but I would replace sometime this year. Autocheck Vehicle History Report - I don't know how/why the reporting comes in for the this. But I would question the report on this vehicle. Everything happened before we bought this car but it just doesn't make sense. How can the car get in what I would call a "fender bender" (right rear damage that was driven away from as shown in the report). Then the shop that repaired the vehicle did not indicate "frame damage" in 2008. But then 8 months later in 2009 a "visual inspection" indicated frame damage???? Regardless of the validity (which I can only speculate about) I know 100% fact that this car is free of any visible or noticeable defects. It runs straight, true and has nothing "wrong" with it that I have ever seen or noticed in regards to the negative carfax report. Please come and do a thorough inspection yourself. Q: Is this really NOT Quattro? How is the car in snow? A: Yes, this is NOT a Quattro, it is a Front Wheel Drive car. They are rare, but do exist. And the FWD is as good as any other car on the road (most of which are FWD nowadays) and if you are one of the few that don't like or need All Wheel Drive (like in the South) then this is perfect. My wife hates snow and is afraid of it (takes side streets instead of the highway sometimes) and she was extremely confident in the snow with this car (probably more then any other including her Honda CRV with all wheel drive). I prefer RWD personally but this car was as good as any. I have personally found that the tires on the car mean a lot more. I would much rather have a RWD with good winter tires then a 4WD with average all seasons. So this car is as god as any other in the snow relatively speaking. Q: any check lights?? and does this have nav or HID headlights? A: No check lights or warnings. It DOES NOT have Navigation but it does have the Audi MMI with disc changer in the glove compartment. This DOES NOT have HID lights. I recently put the SilverStar premium Halogen lights in so they are the brightest halogens you can get. Q: What about service and maintenance? A: I performed regular routine maintenance, recalls, etc. I just got a routine service done so it will not need to be done for another 5000 miles (the scheduled maintenance interval for this vehicle requires an oil change every 5000 miles) or you can get them done every 3000 if you wish. I just had the major 75K service performed which replaced spark plugs and belt so you should be good to go on any major maintenance for another 40K miles. You are more then welcome to come by and take the car for a test drive and look everything over. Just send me a message through eBay and we can set it up.
