twohemis Store Hello!! This listing is for a factory original 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner. It is a 383, automatic, Air Grabber car. Numbers matching motor and transmission are still in the car. The Air Grabber hood is complete and in excellent conditon. Carb is right as well as the radiator. Radiator core support is original. Stainless is very good. Door seals are soft and pliable... original that is better than aftermarket. All of this is GREAT!!! The bad part is the rust... This car is not for the faint of heart. The topside of the car is in excellent condition... Typical rust areas like the sail panel is crisp and clean. The problem is the trunk, floor pans and frame rails. Despite the rust issues, the body panels are still lined up very good. There are a couple of holes here and there on the body where someone poked holes for whatever reason and the lower, right rear quarter panel is bent up. There is not currently a gas tank in the car, however it will run with a gas can...although a little rough. It has been sitting for many years. When I originally bought it, I questioned the back bumper...why was it hanging on one end. I was told that it had some rust on the end of the frame rail...that was an understatement. I sold it to a friend who purchased some parts for it... frame rails from Year One as well as a trunk pan extension...trunk mat, carpet. But nothing really was done with it. We traded another car and I got it back. Something else has come up for us, so we are offering this car for sale. The reserve is much lower than you would think, so bid to win!!!
