Hello:for taking a peek at my auction. REAL busy this summer, but I'm back with tons to list. I'm a single Dad w/10yo girl having fun on ebay as a hobby passing along good deals. Cleaning out the basement, attic, and almost built garage of auction and yard sale extras, gifts, and stuff I don't need. Have a pretty good tree business of 1 years. Good Luck Bidding. * * * * * ITEM DESCRIPTION * * * * * Okay what's up for grabs ......Is 2000 Saturn Factory Postal/Right hand Drive wagon that has had 2 owners both postal workers with the last one a retiring man. It is a standard SWP Bronze colored 4 speed automatic. Power windows,locks,steering,brakes,mirrors. Ac, Tilt wheel,rear window wiper/wsher/defroster,driver's seat adjustable height and lumbar. I bought this car several years ago with intentions of shipping to australia,but has been in my garage since. I have lots of paperwork including original window sticker. Everything on car works fine, except the console main power window switch is missing a button to one of the windows(but door one works). This car was well maintained and in nice shape. I fixed and did the following... New drivers side power window motor, 4 new tires(less then 900 miles).Transmission fluid/flush/filter,new wipers. Nice shape ,but has a handful of scratches on drivers door and right front fender. This car had a current inspection when I got it but needed a few things attended to. NOTE: I am leaving the country on dec 8th,and it will be stored outside from that date, but the car will be left with family and my company supervisor. SHIPPING: Is pretty much a pick up item.. I do have a worker who may deliver it up to 250 miles for a 2.50/mile on a tow dolly paid up front. Payment & Shipping: Most have 500 dollars put in my paypal account within 48 hours of auction end, non refundable, but placed towards the winning bid . Balance must be made within 15 days,paypal,or cash on pick-up and prefer car to be picked up as soon as you can,but you have up to 30 days. I am trying to move to australia and that is why I have it. Drove it a bunch 2009 and put it away...I did flush/filter/fluid change on tranmission when i got it couple hundred miles ago in 09..it was perfectly fine when I put it in my garage...... Now last night when I drove it IT WILL NOT SHIFT OUT OF 2nd GEAR & Engine light is on These saturns have a second computer brain for eletronic stuff. I am trying to get it to a shop in the next couple days. If it's not a simple fix I can get done by friday night I will end up canceling the auction...If you are still interested as in THIS condition if I can't get it fixed easily email me before friday, as I leave for Australia dec7th for several months, and can leave pick-up arragements with family or AGAIN::::::: Tranmission is having shifting issues, trying to have a shop look at ie..asap, On Nov-28-11 at 08:56:51 PST, seller added the following information: OMG! FALSE ALARM:: As I stated car had been sitting... battery was dead and wasn't taking a charge... I put a new battery in it this morning 10am to drive to JJ's auto shop in norrissville 2 miles... Well engine light went out, and tranmission shifts fine...JJ is gonna try and run a code check and will give me a print out..(hopefully today) Said that the bad battery often causes the computers to go in "fail safe" mode and some computers actually operate and store more then a 12 volts... I've been an ebay selling member like 5-6 years and from day one have always kept 100% feed back and 100% honest.... I wasn't happy about the car last night, but seems like it was all caused by a dead battery... Again the car was gone through before I stored it and the window switch was the only issue left to be delt with...was like 49 dollars at dealer before saturn went under.Expected to export to sydney australia last year but paper work would not allow me at the time. I will have plenty of pictures loaded by tomorrow night..THANKSOn Nov-30-11 at 22:04:13 PST, seller added the following information: Okay, hopefully this is final and last update. Added pictures. Dash with key on(all information lights displayed) Dash with engine running(all information lights out). 2 pictures of right fender with nasty scratch(showed better with flash on) and door has mail box door scratches. The car has other light scratch especially on rear bumper and roof that won't show on pictures. Stack of maintenance records which go back to new with first owner almost all fron saturn dealer and orginal window sticker.Rest are pics of the car..All taken today after a 1/2 hearted clean up by a worker... The stains on the back seat are NOT in the seat, but on the seat.should come right off I'm try if I get a chance look like food stuff from my daughter. Now the garage (JJ's)did diagnostic check.. there are 4 codes that are stored in computer. P 1581,1583,1587,&1620...3 are cruise control related, but there is no factory cruise control, not sure if there was aftermarket one. last is a coolant code, but that was on a repair sheet from years ago when coolant was added.Computer is fine, transmission is fine. After speaking with several garages Petersens racing(bel air) , Calvin's Auto (essex), and JJ they all felt the dead battery was the issue, and is very common on GM cars after 96. Also informed that starting the car several dozen times, as well as putting miles with help to reset the computer. Lastly, I had a shop go over the car about 1,000 miles ago ,when I got it. It should pass any inspection with the exception of maybe 2 things. 1) the brand new michelin tires (almost 600 dollar) are 3 sizes bigger then the orginals(better gas milage,softer ride,&sits up almost 2 inches taller). 2) The right rear console window switch is missing the black button,but window works fine. All the little things: e-brake adjustment,wipers,headlight,drivers door window motor,2 missing wheel covers I fixed.
