Up for auction I have this Very Rare 1929 Chrysler 4 Door Sedan very complete. It is very good condition for it's age. I drove it around the block last summer, under it's own power. Six cylinder Silver Dome motor runs very smooth and quiet. Car does need some TLC. There is no interior and it needs some woodwork and I do have the seat springs. There is no rust. Has original Wooden Wheels, Tail Light, Original Glass and it is in good condition and all six windows work. All four doors open and close, right rear door needs bolts in hinge, and the rear doors are Suicide Doors. I also have the Rear Footrest for the back passengers a very rare option. This has Hydralic Brakes. I have the brackets for the Spare Tire and the steel part of the rim. I also have one Right Rear Fender, extra set of Bumpers. Has Original Luggage Rack on the back. I have a couple of window shades and all the window garnishes. I tried very hard to research this vehicle because when I purchased this I was going to turn it into a Rat Rod. Before I started cutting into it I decided to try again to find out about it. I found a website Imperial Club and found that this was Chrysler's top of the line, but because of the Stock Market Crash that happened in October 1929 that hurt the sale of the luxury items and that the productions started at the beginning of the year instead of towards the end which made it a shorter production run. There is a global registry and it has 3 listed and they are all 2 door. This was listed a short time ago and I received a few e-mails telling me this is not an Imperial!!!
