Vehicle Detail

Let me just start by saying I am NOT a used car dealer.....and I do not go to Auctions and buy "mystery cars," meaning cars that I bid on hoping they are good cars and if not...I mask the flaws until you hand over the bank check. This is NOT one of those such vehicles. I purchased this Armada brand spanking new in 2005 from the Nissan Dealership in Bradenton, Florida and paid out the butt for it ($670 a month for 5 years with 1.9% interest). Not scared to put it out there...this is what these babies cost you brand new....even more now.... With that being said, I got every upgrade except for the rear DVD. I got the sunroof I never used ($1500 upgrade) the rear captain seats, which I never sit in because I am the driver. I got it all ladies....running boards...roof rack...tow package....you name it....its on here. I first wanted to get the cream colored interior until I saw it in person. Looks like baby sh*t and is hideous in nature. The two toned grey and baby sh*t color is even worse. If your considering this same cream interior color scheme...think twice...once you see it in person...you will fully agree with me. The White Exterior with the Grey interior is the only way to go...unless you prefer the Black exterior, which is also nice. To each his own but these funky metallic colors....burnt red...just don't do the Armada justice in my opinion. And the SE...come on...pay that much for a vehicle and they don't even give you chrome bumpers? Now for the flaws. This vehicle just under 124K miles on it and should have another 124K to go...but with that being said...its obviously not brand new. I'm going to note out every last ridiculous cosmetic flaw to you because I am that anal...and you should be to when buying a car, especially one off ebay. Okay, here we go. Leather on driver side armrest is cracking because that's where I put my right arm when driving for the last 124K miles...its gonna crack. Its a small piece and can more than likely be replaced if it bothers you that bad....or flip the arm rest up and your never gonna see it. You can change the radio from the steering wheel and because this is the easiest...I did...and over time...the paint begins to rub off above the little knob thing. Not the end of the world. Tires do not have a great deal of life left in them....backs are better than the fronts. Sure, a dealership will put new tires on a used care before they sell it but they will want KBB retail for this vehicle as well. I'm selling it about $3500 under KBB private seller value. Don't worry...tires are good enough to get you across country if need be....they aren't falling off the car...I drove it today. That flaw you see on the chrome grill is rust. I purchased the after market grill about 5 years ago and some of the coating and flaked off and rusted. You can buy a whole 4 piece grill on ebay for around $150 and I'm pretty sure they would be happy to sell you that one piece...or go buy some chrome paint...good enough. Stain or two on the carpet...but nothing overly major...I bought new Armada floor mats about 4 or 5 months ago. There are some scuff marks and a rip in the carpet in the very back - I ride Triathlon bikes and because I have a big SUV everybody wants to pile their bikes into my truck...hence some above average scuff marks in the very back...again...not the end of the world. What else? Ohh...left tail light cover has crack in it....I'll see if I can find a cover on ebay and purchase it after I write this auction. What else....Left rear bumper (White Square) was ripped off while going through the car wash in Bradenton Florida....on State Road 64....down by McDonalds...just in case you wanted to know the car wash that ripped my bumper off....wouldn't recommend this particular car wash. Anyway, the back up scensor was hanging down so I removed it so it wouldn't get lost....in the meantime of ordering a new back bumper, which I did, I lost the sensor that I removed so I wouldn't lose it. Point being...you can see the hole where the sensor is suppose to go. You can buy one on ebay if you wish...but I've never backed up into anything. Not for the good parts: Truck has been seriously maintained. My father can build anything from the ground up on just about any vehicle and has....I let him do all the routine maintenance on the vehicle simply because it saved me money and he is good at it. Couple of times I took it into jiffy lube or something like that but for the most part...I let him get under it. This truck runs as good as the day I got it....or at least as best as I can remember. Starts right up on the first turn and never ever had a single issue with it. I would feel confident taking all the kids cross country in it. Check my feedback. No use making up B/S. You can test drive this vehicle before you hand me the money and I have clear title in my hand. I honestly don't know how to rate my Armada. I'd give it a 10 for mechanical and maybe a 7 for cosmetic. I think it would be impossible to realistically give any vehicle with 124K miles on it a 10 for interior. This vehicle has NEVER been in a wreck...or even a small fender bender. I would be extremely surprised if you were not delighted with this Armada. I hate to see it go but time for another family to get some use out of it. You can look it up yourself...but the Kelly Blue Book on this car are as follows: Fair $11,710 Good $13,260 Excellent $ 14,210 I think at $9,900 and a Car Check Score of 93....this is a Steal. If you notice...most vehicles score below average....this one score WAY above average. Sorry for the long description but I'd rather write to much than not enough. This is a big purchase....so I want you to be fully informed. Give me a buzz if you would like to discuss anything ...if I don't answer....please leave me a message and I'll call you right back: Garry Dye 941-209-8713
