It may have to be jetted for your location and seasonal use. This unit starts in the 1st couple of kick and was most recently used for recreational use. Misc: The plastic is in very good shape no cracks just normal wear The plastic is not cut away The seat had been recovered and is in good shape with no tears The seat does have wear spots in the lower rear corner as pictured The red and blue decals (on the left side when riding) is missing for a 2 inch area as pictured The frame doesn’t have any welds or cracks Front light is operable as is rear brake light The Emergency Brake is not operational or connected
