This stance is courtesy of the factory painted 15-inch steel wheels wrapped in 7.10x15 Wide Whitewall Tires. There are not many prettier cars out there than a '56 Ford with their distinguishing features. Open the door to 1956. Under the hood is the famous 292 Y-Block Overhead Valve V8 Engine mated to the Ford-O-Matic Automatic transmission. The interior features vintage original working gauges along with this dealer installed antique air conditioning system called "AirMatic." The air conditioning does work. The 2-tone seating is in excellent condition. This car was last restored approximately 8 years ago and is in excellent condition today. Closer inspection of the engine compartment will reveal a factory clean original firewall, inner fenders, and core support. The original identification plate is intact. The chromed door flappers are working. The door panels are in beautiful condition. The door undersides are solid. The exterior is fitted with a continental spare kit. The spare swings away easily. The trunk is clean and detailed throughout, complete with the original mat backing, trunk pan, and matching spare wide whitewall tire/wheel. The undercarriage is in very good condition. The flooring, framework, and bracing is intact. We noted some corrosion damage pictured above. This car is an absolute pleasure to drive and show. This is a Ford that is hard to pick on.
