1996 JAGUAR XJ12 6.0L TOP OF THE LINE! Was in great condition until June 2010 when it had a slight collision with another car breaking in front of it and the left front end got damaged. It has been stored ever since. It is drivable. JAGUAR'S TOP OF THE LINE FOR  1996. THE LAST PRODUCTION YEAR FOR THE 6.0L V-12 JAGUAR. VERY LIMITED PRODUCTION. (APPROX.950 MADE) VERY HARD TO FIND ONE. VERY COLLECTIBLE!!! LOW MILES!! ONLY 81350 ORIGINAL MILES!! A JAGUAR XJ12 that spent its life in the southern part of the country. Original cost was approx. close to $ 100,000. A beautiful JAGUAR that is finished in "Jade green" which is a light green metallic. The paint is in decent condition and still nice for being 14 years old. NO RUST! Crafted in sage leather. A southern no rust car. Never seen bad weather. The interior is in good condition.The leather is in good condition. Seats shows minimal wear. Never been dyed. Carpeting is fair. The console and dash are good except for where the airbags have been deployed. The wood is beautiful throughout. No cracks on any of the wood panels.   Jaguar AM/FM/CD system + 6 stack CD-changer. All the usual JAGUAR amenities and power-options; picnic tables, wood shift knob,sun-roof, heated seats, block heater for cold weather, air-bags, sun shades, key less entry, A/C climate control,programmable built in garage door openers, memory seats and steering column position, lumbar support etc. The list goes on. On the negative side: The car hit another car from behind at about 20mph. Only the left side was damaged. The parts needed for restoration are: Left front fender, grill, bumper, left headlight assembly, two airbags,windshield. (I was quoted $ 2000 for all parts from a dependable part source)(used or re-manufactured) The minor hood damage is restorable. The hood closes just fine. NOTHING UNDER THE HOOD IS DAMAGED!! There doesn't appear to be any frame damage and IT RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECTLY. The 6.0 V12 engine is in excellent condition  with good oil pressure at idle and it purrs just like it should. Great performance. Engine is worth $ 4-5000 by itself!! Very powerful and strong engine. The transmission shifts just the way it should. Standard mode and sport mode. Everything works except for the missing left headlight assembly.(the blinker works...) The air conditioning blows cold.  This body style is considered to be one of the nicest designs for Jaguar ever and 1996 was the last year for this V12 flagship. It needs a new home with a caring owner who would like to restore it or it could make a lot of money for someone parting it out. Doors alone are worth $ 1500 each...Non smoking car! FEEL FREE TO RUN A CAR FAX. IT WILL SHOW ACTUAL MILES AND NO SURPRISES!! I AM THE THIRD OWNER. IT HAS AN OPEN REGULAR TITLE!!!! NOT A  SALVAGE TITLE! SPENT THE LAST 8 YEARS IN PHOENIX AZ AND WAS IN ARKANSAS BEFORE THAT. Complete with owner's manual, service book and a service manual on disc. LAST YEAR OF THE 6.0L V-12. Have been inspected and serviced by local mechanic. Can be contacted on request! Look in the CPI book or Kelley's black book for collector car for values! So another one that couldn't pay. It is a wonderful car and I wish I could fix it myself but as I am moving it is impossible.
