This is a 1965 Ford Mustang It has a Louisiana RCN title. It has been reconstructed and the car can be licensed and insured. The car has 289 V8 with two barrel carburetor as the car had when new. It has a 3 speed manual transmission. The engine runs, transmission is good. The clutch may need to be replaced. I have not had time to inspect it. It can be driven but I don't trust it on the highway while I am unsure about the clutch. The seat covers and door panels are new, the gas tank is new and properly installed. The tires are new. The battery, water pump, fail safe thermostat and temperature sending unit is new. All the door locks work and the key for the ignition switch fits the doors. Issues and problems:The car was rebuilt and the doors, fenders and trunk lid were not installed properly. The panel gaps are all off and need to be adjusted. The dash was removed to check the heater core and not reinstalled. The heater core was good and reinstalled. The speedometer needs to be reconnected. The rear windows won't stay up. Someone cut the dash to install a radio. I have an new fuel sending unit for the gas tank that needs to be installed and connected. Tire and wheel issues: The car has four 17" late model Mustang 8" wide wheels. It has four brand new Kumho tires that are too small for the wheels. The car also comes with a full set of original 5 lug 14" wheels. I have listed everything I know to be wrong with the car there may be other issues that I have not discovered. This car is for sale locally and I will close the auction if the car sells.
