For your consideration 1983 Porsche 944 4 cylinder, 5 speed Naturally Aspirated 1983 was the first year for the 944 in the USA. This car has an almost even 50-50 weight distributionfor incredible handling, and was about the fastest 4 cylinder cars of it's time (pre-turbo, pre-Mustang SVO). This car was running and driving about a year ago before being taken through the beginning stages of road/track race prep. The brakes are good. The gas may be a little stale, but the car should still fire up and run. Compression seems good. I do not know the actual mileage of the car. The interior was removed and the dash disassembled for gauges, and that looks to be about where the project stopped. The paint is newer lacquer and has not been rubbed out. A little buffing will work wonders on this paint job. It is not perfect, but it will look good to most people. I believe all or most all of the parts are still with the car. Some assembly required.
