Transmission gears, shift dogs, and forks in excellent condition. Crankshaft main and rod bearing runout in spec. New piston rings and wristpin clips. Head surfaced, camshaft miced (no wear). New gaskets, seals, cam chain tensioner spring, oil pump, clutch discs and plates, oil screen, points, condenser, spark plug and cap, new stainless bolts and screws. Carb and petcock rebuilt with new gaskets and fuel lines. New kick starter lever. Replaced exhaust system. Chassis Wheel bearings, steering and swing arm bearings packed. Fork oil changed. New rubber gaters and bolts. New chain and sprockets. New rims, spokes, tires, tubes. New clutch, brake, throttle and speedometer cables, brake and clutch levers, springs, brake rods and arms. Brakes cleaned and adjusted. Speedometer disassembled, cleaned, and oiled. Repainted Carnival Red and Cloud Gray from original formula using DuPont Chroma Base/Clear coat paint. Painted seat pan, repaired foam, recovered seat. New handlebar grips and mounting bolts. Gas tank cleaned, side covers rechromed, new gas cap. Electrical Wiring harness cleaned and rewrapped. New headlight, taillight, dash light bulbs, battery box and battery, stoplight switch, headlight ring, bolts and screws. All parts are NOS genuine original Honda parts except tires, battery, and seat cover.
