Vehicle Detail

Hello, and thanks for looking! I never thought I would have to sell this car, I looked for her for over a year. Moved to PA and within two months was rear-ended, at a stop sign to boot. The damage was estimated at $2500, with the insurance saying that the car is only worth $1700. Of course it didn't help me telling them that you can't FIND this car, so isn't it worth fixing????   I don't want to see her in a scrap yard, so I'm hoping that someone who has body repair experience or a place to work on her can get her back on the road. As I mentioned, mechanically she is in great shape. Here is a list of what I've done to the car: 95,000- the timing belt was replaced 120,000-  I replaced the throttle body, the front brake rotors and pads, plus new Firestone tires. 135,000- recharged the A/C and  I switched the transmission oil over to Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lubricant (75W-90W). The next thing I had on the list to do was one of the CV joints (it clicks went you make a hard right turn, for example accelerating as you are turning out of a driveway). Since the accident I haven't driven it except around the storage lot where I am keeping it. The car that hit me was going 10-15 MPH with damage limited to its bumber. My airbags didn't deploy but the muffler was hit and I can hear there is a leak somewhere along the line. This has affected the engine performance. As I mentioned, she ran like a top before. The hatchback was pushed into the the body, which is why I used the expanded foam to seal out the rain (I did this very soon after the accident as I thought I would be able to get the car repaired). Happy bidding. Please let me know if you have any questions. The car is from North Carolina (where they use sand in the winter) so besides the two rust spots you see under the door, the car is rust free. When I purchased the car I thoroughly cleaned the seats and carpet, and have a headliner that I had planned to install. This will go along with the car.
