This car is the culmination of one Chevy enthusiast 10 year build. Builder fell ill with cancer and passed away 3 years ago. Current owner (who I purchased car from) was a childhood friend and neighbor of the builder and purchased the car from his wife to help her out after her husbands death. Current owner told me that the 4 to 5 mile test drive that I did was the furthest the car has ever been driven. He witnessed the car being built at his neighbors. They both have 10 acres. The car was completely disassembled and the frame was sandblasted and sprayed. All new brake lines and brakes and wheels and tires and fresh 454. Brand new paint. Everything is supposed to be new on this car. Car drove very well and has a lot of power. Keys were lost and last owner put in new ignition and did not put steering wheel back together properly so it is loose. A rubber boot is needed over shifter. I just bought this car and bought it to sell it. This is a highly desired collectible. I do not know if car was a 454 car to begin with and I do not know what year the 454 is. There are extra parts with the car including new headlight motors, new ac compressor, chrome trim pieces that go along bottom and cover up the red in the pictures. Brand new Convertable top. I am trying to gather any paperwork on car that I can. I am trying to see who can decipher the vin#. I have a number that I want for this car.
