The truck has 188k miles but last week the truck received a brand new engine with 51,000 miles along with a brand new OEM Toyota radiator,battery,spark plugs, and all fluids. All the work was done by a Toyota Master Technician at a Toyota dealer, I have all paper work for it. Along with the truck it has a paint job of about 6 months old.
