This Suburban is a very unique find: 1) extremely well cared for with clean carfax; 2) luxury package AND off-road package. Most suburbans are either LS, LT, LTZ, or Z71 Off-Road. This one has the LTZ (luxury interior with DVD rear entertainment system) AND the Z71 off-road meaning that it has 4WD and enhanced towing, etc. It also has some unique features that normally aren't available on this model year like Bluetooth Audio and Smart Phone Connectivity. When these factors are considered, I have it priced at $1,500 BELOW KBB so it is definitely a great deal. I would never have sold this awesome car, but we came into a lot of money this year so my wife is making me upgrade to a new Escalade. Personally I prefer this classic-looking Suburban, but it is what it is. If you're lucky enough to buy this SUV, it will serve you and your precious cargo well for many years to come. My parents had a 1994 Suburban for 21 years. They are champs if you take good care of them, which we certainly have.
