Unfortunately up for sale is my 2004 Miata Mazadaspeed turbo charged thrill ride. With retirement looming, which means moving to a place where I’ll have less storage, a few of my cars and bikes gotta go. Did I mention this car is a ton of fun to drive! This car is all original, 6 speed, torsen limited slip differential, aluminum hood (exclusive to the MazdaSpeed many of which get absconded), and of course the turbocharged inline-4. It was originally purchased to become a track car that never came to fruition since the car seemed far too nice to cut up for a roll cage and the other required safety equipment. I purchased it out of Florida andl according to the AutoCheck, attached to this post, its spent is life lounging around in the Florida sun which is why it had sun burned paint! After having it painted the original titanium grey metallic the plan changed. The guy who painted it said there was no damage that he could find. The car has new ceramic brake pads with drilled and slotted rotors. Other than that the only work I have done is a couple oil changes and replace a vacuum check valve that caused the engine light to come on due to leaking vacuum. The car runs great. It does have some oil leakage less than ¼ quart in 2000 miles so some gaskets are needed and could use a new top as a cheap fix was done where a seam came apart (see the pic) it didn’t bother me since it was always driven with the top down. New battery too. Other than that it’s a great car. So if you’re looking for a good MazdaSpeed Miata here is your chance to own one. Did my best to get pictures of the undercarriage.
