This is a SUPER nice '09 Ford F-550 Super Duty dually 4WD with a CM truck bed utility bed and the 6.4L Diesel engine. This truck has only 112K actual miles on it!! There is quite a story behind this truck and the end of the story is going to be that after being in the wholesale car business for over 20 years this will be by far the BIGGEST loss I have ever taken on a vehicle because I was trying to help someone out. Hopefully it makes someone a good truck and I can move on. I am listing it as an EASY FIX and here is the story. I buy cars all over America and I had hired someone to pick up my cars directly instead of using Central Dispatch which was a big mistake because as soon as I contracted this driver they asked me to buy them a truck instead of using theirs. So I bought this truck for $17,000 and was really happy with it. I put a tracker on it and sent my new employee to pick up vehicles for me. At the time it had barely over 90,000 miles on it. So my employee was not bringing my cars. Instead, he had said that the truck was broken and in the shop, but I could see by the tracker that it was going everywhere. He was using it to make money of his own. WELL, I was waiting for it to get close to Texas so I could go grab it, but it did finally break in Missouri. He abandoned it at a mechanic shop and the mechanic charged me over $1600 to get it running again and I paid another $700 to have it shipped back. Once I got it back I could never get it started even though the shipper said they drove it on the trailer. I took it to a mechanic that I use but he doesn't know diesels very well. So it sat for 6 months. It almost got towed so I had it taken to another mechanic of mine who also isn't very good at diesels and it has sat over a year and he can't get it started either. I have no idea what is wrong with it but it will not turn over. I don't know if they aren't getting enough juice to the batteries, the starter is locked up, the engine is locked up or hydrolocked (is that even possible with a diesel?) or anything. Then I get a call that the that city is going to tow it if I don't get it out of there before Jan 1 so I am cutting my losses. So here it is!!! This truck will be SOLD on a NO RESERVE auction for whatever it brings. I am starting the bidding at $100. This is one you can really own! I am selling it BYOTT (Bring Your Own Tow Truck). It does not run and I have no idea why. CONDITION:The body is in EXCELLENT shape. There are no rips, tears or stains in the interior and the body is dent and scratch free including the bumpers. When I drove it, the engine and transmission were super strong and the A/C along with everything else worked. Obviously that has changed a little. I have no problems helping with shipping if you want me to list in on Central Dispatch as I am back to that way of doing things. This truck will be sold to the highest bidder at NO RESERVE! Out of state buyers will receive CLEAN and CLEAR blue Texas title in hand if picked up in person or we will send the title certified mail within 30 days if you elect to have it shipped with only a $95 doc fee for title work. Texas buyers will be charged normal tax and title fees plus the $95 doc fee. There is NO WARRANTY expressed or implied as this truck is listed as an EASY FIX. A $500 deposit via Paypal is due within 48 hours of the auction end and the balance will be due within 10 days by way of personal check (once cleared), wire transfer, or cash.
