1989 Range Rover Classic SWB This 1989 SWB Range Rover Classic has 166,500 miles on the 3.9L V8 engine. The engine is healthy and the truck is a driver. The interior of car is typical for its age. It will need a new track rod, drop arm, drag link, stabilizer, pan hard rod bushings and the swivel hubs will need to be resealed.DifferentialsThe front diff is leaking and should be resealed and refilled, the front driveshaft should be serviced. The rear diff had no oil in it but we refilled it and it currently works. We recommend replacing the oil in the front diff, servicing the driveshaft and replacing the rear differential with a rebuilt unitBrakesThe brake lines look old, the rotors are worn.
