UP FOR SALE IS A VERY RARE 1983 Honda ATC70 CHRISTMAS SPECIAL. This is in well kept and never abused low hour, survivor original condition. THIS BIKE WAS ONLY AVAILABLE TO SELECT DEALERS, IN LIMITED AMOUNTS (it's believed only 1 was given per dealer) TO BE AUCTIONED OFF DURING CHRISTMAS IN 1982. THIS IS NOT AN AFTERMARKET REPLICA OF THE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL. THIS IS AN ALL HONDA, ALL ORIGINAL, GARAGE KEPT BIKE. I'm sure that this is one of the finest examples of this model in the world. The handle bars, Forks, frame and rear axle are perfectly straight. The plastics are in very good condition with no cracks, holes, etc. The paint is original. Over all it does have some scratches here and there, but it is BEAUTIFUL. There is a small dent/ding on the top of the gas tank in front of the seat (as seen in the photo) I was told it can be removed without a repaint. The tires, rims and seat are original and in great exceptional condition for their age. There is a crack in the front tire, it does need a new inner tube (as seen in the photo). The only thing not original are the grips and the front headlight (the headlight as an option on the 1983 ATC90). Both items are period correct for this bike. The bike runs strong and perfect, no leaks, no smoke. Transmission also shifts smoothy and works great. Registration paid through 2016. Clean title in hand.
