You are bidding on a 1957 CADILLAC SERIES 62 CONVERTIBLE! I have not been able to locate the serial number on the engine block yet, but I strongly suspect it may still be the original engine that came with the car (PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT STATEMENT). But, the best part is that it still starts! (ENGINE RUNS OFF GAS CAN).It appears that previous owner had the car sitting outside for some time, and that is unfortunate because it collected rust over the years. But, definitely a great project worth the trouble since it has all the mechanical components.The odometer shows 13,358 miles, but it likely rolled over and is probably more like 113,358 miles. The car is currently sitting in my garage all covered up and protected from elements. THIS IS A PROJECT CAR. Some of the most obvious things that I can point out that need to be done are the following (RESTORATION WORK NOT LIMITED TO LIST BELOW): a) Car needs new floor pans b) Car needs trunk floor c) Car has no breaks d) Car also needs new soft top.e) Car is missing some of the exterior chrome trim pieces (interior dash looks phenomenal!). The car is being SOLD AS IS. NO WARRANTY. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. I have title for the car.
