1970 CADILLAC DEVILLE CONVERTIBLE. Vehicle odometer shows 40,000, clear title says exceeds mechanical limits. This car was a "theft recovery" approx. 20 years ago. It was taken on a joy ride and damaged. The driver side frame rail has been repaired by scab welding steel along frame under the drivers seat (I will not crawl under the car to take pics). Dash and front seat where cut with a knife, dash was replaced but seat still has cut mark (see pic) other than cut, interior is in very good shape. A body shop in Chetek Wisconsin did the work. It was repainted 20 years ago and looks real nice from 5'. It has some paint chips, rust and imperfections, dent in rear bumper (see pics). Trim Moldings were not put back on and I don't have them. The trunk floor has a hole in it (see pic), floor boards are solid. Tires all match with good tread. Lights, signals, horn, windows, top work. Heater core is bypassed so I'm sure it needs replaced. Ac probably doesn't work. Needs new top. Stock 472 is correct down to the air cleaner and has new starter, points, cap, rotor, and oil change. Runs and drives well. Exhaust needs work; muffler has a hole and passenger side doughnut needs replaced. I can replace the wire hubcaps with a stock set if you prefer.
