Beauty- This stunning Bentley Continental 2+2 Grand Touring Convertible in St. James Red with a black convertible top and saffron interior is indeed a head turner. The Classic lines of design and the rare color combination give it an eternal appeal and the appreciative glances and the attention the car gets are a testament to the sheer elegance and style of this automobile. A pampered car with only 2 owners-both physicians, the car has always been garaged and well taken care of. With a convertible top that opens/closes in 25 seconds, it is a pleasure to drive the car with the top up and a scream to drive it top down. The top functions well as seen in the video below, but the "Roof Fault" Sensor on the dash lights up- may need replacement of the sensor. There are a few paint chips and cracks on the exterior and a couple of curb scrapes on the wheel hubs as evident from the pictures, which in no way detract from the overall excellence of the condition of this car. All the services are up to date including a major 10 year service in 2017 and the annual service in August 2018. People assume it is a new car and stare in disbelief when informed it is a 2007 model. It is a steal of a deal to get this car at about a quarter of its original price. The car is also very well equipped with all the creature comforts and luxury that one expects from Bentley including Leather seating and Burr Walnut interior, DVD based Navigation system, an exceptional sound system with a 6 CD changer, a Breitling clock, Bluetooth wireless connectivity with voice activation (Upgrade required to pair current cell phone models), heated front seats with 14 way seat adjustments including a massage function, lambswool front floor mats and power activated trunk opening. Beast- As classy and elegant as this automobile is, it is indeed a beast when it comes to performance. With a 552 bhp, W-12, Twin Turbo charged engine with 449 lb-ft of torque at 1600 rpm and a maximum speed of 195 mph, it flies from 0-60 mph in 4.8 seconds. For the insanely power hungry drivers, the car has steering column mounted paddle shifters, which give the additional power of a gear shift. With a continuous all-wheel drive and independent automatic air suspension that monitors and adjusts ride height and damping, the car is a dream to drive in any road condition.
