Vehicle Detail
I bought this car for the engine but it turned out I jumped the gun. After rebuilding the entire top end of my Cobra Jet motor I no longer need this one as a donor. This car is in incredible shape except for the obvious. The pictures pretty much tell the tale. The car appears to be with the original 351C 2V engine that someone has upon close inspection seemed to changed the cam along with a 4V intake and carb. Factory power steering and brakes as well as ice cold AC. Mandrel bent 2 1/2" aluminized exhaust with H pipe and what looks like Flowmaster 40 series mufflers. 9" rear with what looks like a 325 LS posi unit installed. All new floor boards welded in solid as well as all new steering and braking components front and rear. Through the salvage process the deck lid was thrown inside the car and ripped the bottom of the passenger seat. The driver seat back is bent back from the accident and I believe the headlight switch is broken or bent from the same. The rear of the interior is a bit rough also from the accident. This car starts right up and makes no noises or smoke and drops right into gear and moves and stops. This car would be an easy fix to back half along with the roof or use as a donor to restore an old barn find. Buyer is responsible for pick up within a week of auction end. Bidders with zero history have to contact me first or your bids will not be taken. On Sep-16-18 at 18:00:16 PDT, seller added the following information: The sheet metal from the quarters front shows near perfect on this car complete with all chrome and emblems, lights, etc. including the functional RAM AIR hood and air cleaner as well as the front air dam. Wheels are complete with trim rings and caps and tires are like 90% also. My computer skills are lacking and I'm guessing that's why the pictures won't go full screen or enlarge, and I'm using the same size font here and why it appears so much larger is beyond me. Any need for any further information I will do my best to reply to all inquiries.
