Vehicle Detail
This truck was originally used by the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Department for the first 103K miles. Therefore all service was done on regular intervals, not abused, engine hours are low indicating many highway miles. We have put another 13K and counting on the truck, miles will continue to go up. This is a tough, solid, never wrecked, well maintained truck. I had the front end updated, new upper and lowers, added a 2.5" front leveling kit, new shocks, drives as good as it gets for a big "lifted" truck. The tires have about 6K miles on them, and the rollbar, side bars, and fender flares are all recently installed. Yes, it will have many scratches from use and has a small dent in the rear bumper and a small ding on the hood. But again, this is a big tough work type truck. Defects include the following: (sorry I'm an engineer so kind of detailed) The many scratches as mentioned. The rear doors open from the outside but not from the inside, remember it was a law enforcement vehicle so unless you have kids like I do and this was a nice thing to have you will need to have someone connect the rods inside those doors. The electric door lock button on the drivers side doesn't always work, but the FOB does, the tire sensors all read correct values but the light illuminates because it is looking for 80psi not the recommended 65psi on the aftermarket tires. The dash has screw holes in it here and there from where equipment was mounted. The driver's seat has a tear in the outer section from where the Deputy's gun probably rubbed it to where it tore. The high beams do not work and the side spot lights do not work (those just need to be hooked back up they were disconnected when the truck was prepped for non-enforcement duty. The 4 wheel drive works, the AC works, engine runs strong, shifts as it should, everything mechanically is in good working order (lights/signals/etc). This is a fly in and drive home kind of vehicle. We drive it everywhere, no worries. The wife wants an Escalade so gotta sell the truck. Clear Texas Title in my name, serious questions only please. Read my feedback as a seller on other high dollar toys, I have perfect feedback and intend to keep it that way. This truck does get attention, so just be prepared. Thanks for looking.
