This is a car that was owned by a San Francisco Dentist since 1969... It was always garaged and covered and was subject to an extensive restoration in 1990... The cost of the paint alone was $9500 at that time.... It then had a balanced engine rebuild and fitted with headers and a Abarth exhaust system still in perfect condition.. This was a car called a GT Special Edition and came from the factory with this special Moto-Lita 14" steering wheel.. I think the sun-roof was also installed at that time as it has the British Society of Engineers heart emblem even though it was made in California..... The car was put in storage in 2004 as it needed a clutch and I have just installed a new one... Car runs beautifully and could be driven to New York City...All instruments and gauges work as they should Comes with extensive complete records and receipts back to the 60's.Contact me for more details and photos.... .
