Vehicle Detail
This listing is for a 1969 Jeep CJ Custom. The Jeep was Restored/Customized approximately 10 years ago. In a 2 year duration, it underwent a full frame off, nut and bolt customization/restoration. The Jeep had countless hours spent on the rejuvenation of the body from a rusted, cracked and worn state. The paint was done in a Dupont OSHA safety blue. The interior was sprayed with a rhino lined surface as well as the underhood and the firewall. The underbody has been undercoated with a rubberized undercoating. The interior of the jeep has newer seating surfaces in black vinyl and the non-funtional roll cage, stationary seat mounts, front bumper, transmission cross-member, and removable floor panels, have all been finished in a gloss black powdercoat. The wiring was completely replaced as well as the Dashboard with a custom 6-guage blue LED cluster. The lighting was all replaced as well with factory new headlights and clear marker lights, as well as custom LED brake lights. The engine has less than 1000 miles since being fully rebuilt. The engine is a 305 cubic inch small block chevy, with a Performance Products aluminum intake manifold and Edelbrock 650 CFM Performer Carburetor. The Ignition is all Pertronix, with a Ignitor III Distributor and Blaster III Coil and spark plug wires. The battery is a Odyssey Extreme Series and the Starter is a MSD. Exhaust manifolds are stock cast iron to fit a relatively small engine space, with dual short 2" exhaust pipes going to dual stainless Magnaflow side exhaust. The radiator is a custom 3-core aluminum radiator that includes an electric fan, but was never mounted, utilizing the engines mechanical radiator fan. The transmission is a 2-speed powerglide that allows the vehicle to cruise at highway speeds. The suspension on the Jeep has all been replaced including shocks, springs, and mounting hardware. The brakes on the Jeep are stock drum brakes all around with new brake lines, Wilwood brake proportioning valve, and Wilwood biased aluminum adjustable pedal assembly, and Wilwood true dual aluminum separate master cylinders. The wheels on the Jeep are newer gloss black powdercoated Rugged Ridge steel rims with new tires all around. This jeep was a labor of love from the last owner, and I was gardening their property when propositioned with the opportunity to purchase it. I have had my fun, and now look forward to passing it on to the next owner in hopes to free up some space and capital for another project. Feel free to ask any questions regarding this custom 1 of a kind Jeep. And thanks for looking. All receipts and documentation are included in the sale of this Jeep. It has a Clear California Title that has been registered non-operational.
