This was my Dads project that never got finished. He has passed and left me with this truck. Its a 1946 Chevy short bed with a 216 in line six cylinder motor ,three speed manual transmission on the floor. The chassis has been sand blasted and painted . The motor has been detailed and painted. It ran good when he purchased it back in 1998 and the body was in very fair condition with some dents and surface rust. The part that has the most damage is the passenger right rear fender and tail gate. The cab floor board sections are solid and inside my shop. The body is just sitting on the original chassis and will need to be bolted correctly, it has been apart for several years at different places inside our shop. It will need for the most part a brake job, wood bed kit ,new glass, a radiator and wiring to get it road worthy. It is a very cool looking truck and would make a wonderful builder. It comes with an original 1946 Chevy Truck open title. I have the original bench seat ,but it will need some spring work. One front bumper in chrome. All the sheet metal is original and has not been pieced together . Thanks for looking and good luck. This truck is sold as is ! No exceptions ! You are responsible for shipping.
